Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cod fillets, poached and cubed
  • 1 x Cauliflower, cooked and separated into flowerets
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  •     Lettuce leaves
  • 2 x Tomatotes, cut into wedges
  • 1 x Cucumber, sliced thin.

Direcciones

  1. Combine fihs and cauliflower. Chill. Blend cream with Mayonnaise, Add in sufficient mayonnaise mix to fish mix to coata ingredients. toss to mix. Place in center of lettuce-covered platter. surround with tomatoes and cucumber. serve with remaining mayonnaise mix. serves 3-4
