Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg flour tortillas
- 1 can Hormel chili without beans
- Velveeta cheese
- lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger in skillet, drain grease. Add in taco seasoning packet and water as detailed on taco mix package. Simmer ingredients for approximately 15 min, till water is absorbed into meat, being careful not to burn.
- In microwavable bowl, heat canned chili until hot.
- Assembly: Spread taco meat in line on flour tortilla, wrap and place on microwavable plate, seam down. Top rolled tortilla with warmed chili, slices of Velveeta cheese on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for about 60 seconds, or possibly till cheese melts.
- Garnish with lowfat sour cream and/or possibly shredded lettuce.
