Receta Super Sunday Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lasagna, Uncooked
- 2 x (26 ounce) Jars Pasta Sauce
- 1 pkt (15 or possibly 16 ounce) Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkt (10 ounce) Frzn minced, spinach, thaw & well drain
- 1 lb Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- Â Â Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Prepare lasagna according to package directions, drain to medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, 1/2 c. mozzarella, parmessan and Large eggs; mix well in 15 x 9 inch baking dish. Layer 2 c. sauce, half the lasagna, half the remaining sauce, all of the spinach mix, half the remaining mozzarella, remaining lasagna, and sauce. Cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven till bubbly about 45 min. Uncover. Top with remaining mozzarella and parsley.
- Bake 15 min. Let stand 10 min before serving. Chill leftovers. 12 to 15 servings.
