  • 1 lb Lasagna, Uncooked
  • 2 x (26 ounce) Jars Pasta Sauce
  • 1 pkt (15 or possibly 16 ounce) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) Frzn minced, spinach, thaw & well drain
  • 1 lb Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  •     Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Prepare lasagna according to package directions, drain to medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, 1/2 c. mozzarella, parmessan and Large eggs; mix well in 15 x 9 inch baking dish. Layer 2 c. sauce, half the lasagna, half the remaining sauce, all of the spinach mix, half the remaining mozzarella, remaining lasagna, and sauce. Cover. Bake in a 350 degree oven till bubbly about 45 min. Uncover. Top with remaining mozzarella and parsley.
  2. Bake 15 min. Let stand 10 min before serving. Chill leftovers. 12 to 15 servings.
