Add a photoA rich, delightful cake which is very moist and tasty. It is great if served with what I call "Whipped Ice Cream" , a combination of ice cream and cool whip blended together. Try it!
Ingredientes
- 1 box devil food cake mix
- 1 pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding
- 4 lg. eggs
- 1/2 C. yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 C. oil
- 3/4 C. milk or water
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
Direcciones
- Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, beat for about 5 minutes to assure all is mixed well.
- Pour into a greased/floured 10" Tube pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 - 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.
- Let cool in pan for about 20 minutes before unmolding.
- Set upright. Frost as you like. I recommend my ice cream frosting.
- Variations: Blend in : 1./2 C. chopped walnuts.
- 1/2 C. Chocolate chips
