- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Kitchen Bouquet for color
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Brown on cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 min.
- Place meatballs in casserole. Cover with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered. Let stand covered for 10 min before serving.
