Receta Sweet Amla Preserve ( Amla Chhunda )

Ingredientes
- 150 gm dry amla pcs soaked for 2 hrs
- 2 tsp ginger grated
- 220 gm sugar
- 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
- Â Â large healthy pinch salt
Direcciones
- Boil the amla in plenty of water till soft drain and dry thoroughly.
- Combine all the ingredients and cook on a low heat till the mix is thick and sticky.
- Store in a clean air tight jar and use within a fortnight.
- Fresh amla adds to the taste and nutritive value of the recipe but as it is difficult to find Ive used dry.
- Serves 4
