Ingredientes
- 8 med carrots -- thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 med onion -- diced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1Â 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Cook carrot and salt in boiling water to cover 4 to 5 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain. Whisk together onion and next 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Add in carrot,tossing well. Cover and refrigerate4 hrs.
- Yield: 8 servings.
