Receta Sweet and Sour Chicken
My favorite chinese restaurant growing up was the Golden Star. When I moved they shared the ingredients for their sweet and sour sauce with me. I've been trying to match the flavor and working with the ingredients to get it right. It's not as good as the restaurant, but I'm getting closer. I'm still tweaking the sauce. Lots of time I don't batter my chicken and just cook the chicken in a frying pan w/ a small amount of oil to make it healthier.
