Receta Sweet Irish Cream Bran Cakes

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. All-Bran breakfast cereal
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit; grease baking sheet.
- Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Allow to stand approximately 10 min till liquid has been absorbed.
- Spread into 8-10 patties or possibly squares on baking sheet. These don't spread so they can be placed closely together (about 1/2" apart). Bake about 20 min or possibly till slightly crisp. Remove from oven; move to cooling racks to cold thoroughly.
- Makes approximately 8-10 patties.
