Receta Sweet Potato Daisy Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, cubed and chilled
- 1/2 c. Mashed cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade

- HEAT oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix and orange peel. Cut in cream cheese till mix resembles coarse meal. Stir in sweet potatoes and lowfat milk just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- TURN dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 4 or possibly 5 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2-inch round cutter dipped in baking mix. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- MAKE six 1/2-inch cuts around edge of each biscuit to create petals, using sharp knife dipped in baking mix (cut completely through edge). Make indentation in center of each biscuit with thumb. Fill indentation with 1/4 tsp. marmalade. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden. About 20 biscuits.
