Receta Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallow Topping

Ingredientes
- 2 can sweet potatoes in heavy syrup - (40 ounce ea) liquid removed
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter cut up
- 1 can crushed pineapple - (20 ounce)
- 1 c. maple syrup or possibly more
- 1 pkt large marshmallows - (10 ounce)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place sweet potatoes, butter, pineapple, and maple syrup in a 9- by 13-inch glass baking dish. Combine well, using a potato masher. Place in oven, and bake till bubbling, about 45 min.
- Top with marshmallows, and continue to bake for 15 min till marshmallows are soft, but not completely melted.
- Serves 8 to 10.
