Receta Swiss Steak In Tomato Gravy

Ingredientes
- 18 lb Grnd beef
- 1 gal Bread crumbs
- 1 quart Diced onions
- 1/3 c. Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 1 quart Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Drippings from meat
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Browning sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 x Tap pepper
- 1 can (#10) tomato sauce
Direcciones
- 1. Combine grnd beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and lowfat milk.
- 2. shape into 2 1/1 ounce. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or possibly make 2 rows of meat mix in a 2 in pan.
- 3. bake at 325 degrees till brown.
- 4. place in steam table pan and cover with gravy.
- Tomato Gravy:1. combine drippings and flour. Brown slightly
- 2. add in bottled browning sauce, salt peper and tomato sauce
- 3. Blend well and pour over patties1 serving provides 2 ounce cooked meat
