Receta Taco Casserole
Quick and easy one dish dinner!
Ingredientes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Rotini pasta
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz shredded Mexican style cheese
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Direcciones
- In deep frying pan brown the ground beef and drain off the grease
- Add the pasta, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water
- Cover and cook 14 minutes or until pasta is tender
- When pasta is tender add cheese and cover to melt
- Add cinnamon and stir dish before serving.
- Enjoy!
- Some people like to add a dollop of sour cream to their plate as well.
- ** Watch the water, if it evaporates too quickly you may want to add about 1/2 cup more.
