Receta Taco Dip

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 or possibly 1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
- 8 ounce. Cheddar cheese
- 2 med. tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 1-2 bags round taco chips (plain)
Direcciones
- Fry hamburger over medium heat with one envelope of taco seasoning mix (don't add in water to this mix as you do when you make tacos).
- In a separate bowl mix with electric beater the cream cheese (softened), the lowfat sour cream and the other envelope of taco seasoning mix. Spread mix into round dish, then put cooled hamburger mix on top of cream cheese mix. Shred Cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top of hamburger layer.
- Cover and put in refrigerator. Approximately 1 to 2 hrs before serving, chop lettuce and put over shredded cheese; chop tomatoes and sprinkle over lettuce. Serve with round taco chips (plain). Dip chips into taco dip and enjoy!
