Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, brown & drain
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Blend cream cheese and lowfat sour cream with 1 package taco seasoning mix.
- In casserole dish or possibly 8 x 8 inch pan layer hamburger, creamed filling, green peppers (diced), onions (diced), ripe olive slices and thin tomato slices. Top the above with grated Cheddar cheese (1-2 c.). Heat in microwave till cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve on plain or possibly seasoned taco chips.
