Name: Fabulous Fudge
Ingredients: 4 1/2 c. Sugar; 14 1/2 ounce Evapoated lowfat milk; 1/8 tsp Salt; 1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine; 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate; 2 c. Pecans, minced; 7 ounce Marshmallow cream; 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredientes

4 1/2 c. Sugar
14 1/2 ounce Evapoated lowfat milk
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 lb Butter or possibly margarine
12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
2 c. Pecans, minced
7 ounce Marshmallow cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

In a saucepan, combine sugar, lowfat milk, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 min, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir till chocolate is melted and ingredients are well blended. Pour into 2 buttered 9x9x2- inch pans. Refrigeratetill hard;.
Yield: about 4 pounds fudge.
