Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. chili beans, mashed
- 1 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 15 count can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 T cornmeal
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. crushed corn chips
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 T minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef in frying pan, stirring till crumbly; drain, add in bean, onion and seasoning, mix well. Press biscuits together on cornmeal sprinkled surface to create rectangle. Spoon grnd beef mix over top. As for jelly roll, cut into 5 slices.Arrange in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or possibly till golden. Blend remaining ingredients in saucepan. Simmer for 5 min, stirring frequently. Serve with pinwheels.
