  • 1 lb Lean grnd meat
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 3 x Cloves of garlic, chopped, (up to 4)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  •     Crisp taco shells
  •     Shredded lettuce
  •     Grated Jack cheese
  •     Minced tomatoes
  •     Warm chile salsa
  •     Cole Slaw with vinaigrette

Direcciones

  1. Heat a large heavy skillet, crumble the meat into the pan. Stir, cooking till most of the pink has left the meat. Add in the onions and garlic and continue cooking till the meat is deeply browned and the onions lightly cooked. Add in the tomato sauce and turn off the heat.
  2. Hot the taco shells in a 350 degree oven for about 4 min. Fill shells half full-count on 2 or possibly 3 per person. Serve on a platter with mounds of toppings to add in as desired.
