Ingredientes
- 400 gm Fresh taglierini
- 250 gm Trimmed asparagus spears, blanched in boiling salted water
- 200 gm Fresh crab meat
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 100 gm Minced mixed fresh herbs
- 50 gm Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water till cooked. Drain and return to the pot. Add in the remaining ingredients and salt & pepper to taste and toss gently over low heat for a few min. Serve the pasta at once in heated plates.
