Receta Opryland Upside Down Jack Daniel's Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- Â Â CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 24 ounce cream cheese softened
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Jack Daniels
- 1/4 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1 pch Salt FUDGE BROWNIE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stk butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier or possibly vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. pecans minced (optional)
- 1 pch salt CHOCOLATE GANACHE INGREDIENTS:
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Jack Daniels
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup

- CHEESECAKE INSTRUCTIONS:Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a 9-inch spring form pan. In a double boiler heat chocolate chips with cream till smooth and reserve. Whip cream cheese, sugar, and liqueur in an electric mixer till smooth. Add in Large eggs and blend well. Add in melted chocolate mix and whiskey and blend thoroughly. Add in cheesecake batter to the spring form pan. Bake at 400 F for 15 minute; reduce temperature to 350 F and bake an additional 15 min.
- FUDGE BROWNIE DIRECTIONS:While cheesecake is baking heat chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Stir till smooth. Beat in Large eggs, sugar, and liqueur and blend thoroughly. Add in flour and pecans and blend well. Remove cheesecake from oven; carefully spoon on brownie (start at edges and working towards the center). Bake at 350 F for 35-40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Remove from oven and cold completely. After cooled chill till cake is completely cool.
- CHOCOLATE GANACHE DIRECTIONS:While cake is cooling. Combine chocolate chips and cream in a double boiler and heat. Remove and let rest for a couple of min to allow for slight cooling. When mix is blended, smooth, and slightly cold, add in whiskey and syrup stirring constantly. Let stand at room temperature for a couple of min. Remove cake and place on wire rack. Pour ganache over cake and allow to set. After ganache is dry decorate and serve.
