Receta Tater Breakfast Dish

Ingredientes
- 1 box dry Betty Crocker hash browns/onion
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 sm. carton cottage cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pound bacon, fried
Direcciones
- Put taters in 1 qt warm tap water for 10 min. Drain. Beat Large eggs and combine cheeses, Large eggs, taters, onion, salt and pepper. Fry bacon, drain and put some in mix. Save most bacon for top. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees. If stored in refrigerator overnight may require additional baking time.
