Receta Tavern Barbequed Beef Tips

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. stew beef
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- Veg. oil
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Brown beef in small amount of veg. oil. Remove to baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs. Serve with rice. Serves 4 to 6.
