Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (Libby's)
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 tbsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients except lowfat milk. Blend dry ingredients with wet and slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Add in raisins and vanilla and mix. Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake in 375 degree oven till golden brown.
