- Here is a Hungarian Family Recipe we like.
- In heavy pot, mix sugar and lowfat milk. Add in rice. Simmer till rice is cooked.(Note: you may have to add in a little more lowfat milk)Stir mix often while cooking to prevent sticking on bottom of pan. When rice is thoroughly cooked and mix is thick, spoon mix into flat dinner plates. Spread mix flat and make small indentions in rice mix with spoon. Heat 1 stick of butter (1/2 c.) and pour over tops of rice mix. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Serve hot.
