Ingredientes

  • 3 x Tender coconuts
  • 2 lt Lowfat milk
  • 1 can Condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 20 gm China grass

Direcciones

  1. Soak china grass in sufficient water for half an hour, then squeeze dry and keep aside. Break coconuts, separate coconut water from the malai and keep aside.
  2. Add in condensed lowfat milk, sugar and china grass to boiling lowfat milk, stir for 15-20 min until the mix, then pour in moulds and garnish with remaining malai. Chill for 2 hrs.
