Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cubed steak (tenderized)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 Packages instant brown gravy mix
- Flour
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Coat meat in lowfat milk and then dip in mix of flour and pepper. Brown in a large skillet in oil. Remove meat and drain excess oil. Mix gravy fold in skillet as directed on pkgs.. Put meat back in. Cook about 15 to 20 min. Serve with mashed potatoes.
