  • 1 c. mix of bran, flax, "Natural Ovens energy drink mix" (or possibly use your own combo of stuff)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon yogurt or possibly other depending on fruit used in pancakes
  • 2 Large egg">eggs or possibly egg white equiv.
  • 1/2 c. plus skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. plus water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry first, then wet all together. Add in blueberries while on the griddle (or possibly other berries or possibly fruit like raspberries, strawberries, banana or possibly a combination). Cook as any other pancake.
