- 3 x CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED & HALVED
- 2 Tbsp. SUGAR
- 1 tsp GRATED GINGERROOT, OR1/4DRY

- 1. COMBINE ALL INTREDIENTS IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID.
- LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 2-3 WEEKS (!). POUR INTO A CLEAN BOTTLE, SEAL WELL; STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. (PERSONALLY, I PUT MY OLD TERRIAKI BOTTLE IN THE REFRIGERATOR)
