Ingredientes
- 6 lb Pork butt
- 1 bot Beer
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper, coarsely grnd
- 2 Tbsp. Red pepper, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Kosher (coarse) salt
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard seed
- 1/4 c. Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. MSG
- 1 tsp Tender Quick
- 1 tsp Bay leaf , grnd
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Thyme, dry
Direcciones
- Mix all spices with beer.
- Grind pork for sausage.
- Mix beer/spices thoroughly into the meat.
- Form into sausage links and grill or possibly smoke.
- Place in bun and slather heavily with mustard.
