Receta Thai Chicken Stir Fry (From Freshlike Vegetables Package)

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 dsh powdered ginger
- 1 dsh crushed red pepper
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 lb mixed vegetables
- 2 c. spaghetti, cooked
Direcciones
- Mix peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic pwdr, ginger and red pepper together. Set aside. Fry the chicken strips. Add in 1 pound of vegetables to chicken. Add in precooked spaghetti and stir fry till hot. Add in sauce and cook till thickened and serve.
