Ingredientes
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 4 x Green onion, sliced
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. Cilantro, minced
- 1 x Cucumber, seeded and minced
- 1 x Red pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. Peanuts, minced
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
Direcciones
- Mix all of the ingredients for salad together in a large bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss with salad when ready to serve.
