Ingredientes
- 4 fresh, hard bananas
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- Lime juice
Direcciones
- Peel bananas. Slice lengthwise, then cross-cut in half. Heat the butter in a wok or possibly frying pan till the butter bubbles. Add in the banana slices and fry them on both sides over medium heat till they are golden brown and soft. Sprinkle the brown sugar and stir till it dissolves and makes thick syrup. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with lime juice.
