Receta Goreng Pisang (Chinese Fried Bananas)

Ingredientes
- 8 x Bananas, peeled
- 1/2 c. Self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. Rice flour
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 c. ,Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Fine brown sugar Oil, for deep frying
Direcciones
- Slice each banana lengthwise. Sift flours and add in to water. Stir till consistency of cream. Add in salt. Heat oil and, when smoking, dip each piece of banana in batter. Shake off excess and lower into warm oil. Fry till golden and roll in brown sugar. Serve with ice cream.
