Receta Thai Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 1/3 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound lean pork, sliced
- 1 big onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 c. rice
- 4 c. water
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Saute/fry garlic in oil. Add in sliced pork; cook till brown. Add in onion, tomato, and green pepper; fry slightly. Cook rice in water; add in to fried mix. Add in Large eggs and fry. Continue stirring till Large eggs are cooked. Add in soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Yields 6-8 servings.
