Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 bn Spring onions, sliced
- 6 x Schwartz Bird's Eye Chillies, up to 8
- 2 x Schwartz Lemon Grass stalks lightly bruised
- 1 tsp Schwartz Grnd Ginger
- 1Â 1/8 lt Chicken stock, (2 pints)
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 50 gm Rice noodles, (2 ounce)
- 12 x Tiger prawns
- 2 tsp Schwartz Coriander Leaf
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the spring onions, Chillies, Lemon Grass and Ginger for 1-2 min.
- Add in the stock to the pan with the lemon juice. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Add in the noodles and prawns and cook for 3-4 min. Stir in the Coriander Leaf.
