  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 bn Spring onions, sliced
  • 6 x Schwartz Bird's Eye Chillies, up to 8
  • 2 x Schwartz Lemon Grass stalks lightly bruised
  • 1 tsp Schwartz Grnd Ginger
  • 1 1/8 lt Chicken stock, (2 pints)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 50 gm Rice noodles, (2 ounce)
  • 12 x Tiger prawns
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Coriander Leaf

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the spring onions, Chillies, Lemon Grass and Ginger for 1-2 min.
  2. Add in the stock to the pan with the lemon juice. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Add in the noodles and prawns and cook for 3-4 min. Stir in the Coriander Leaf.
