Receta Thai Style Asparagus With Chiles, Garlic And Basil

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Serrano or possibly jalapeno chile chopped
- 1Â 1/2 lb Asparagus, snapped steamed
- Â Â slightly undercooked
- 2 Tbsp. Soy or possibly fish sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce, Low Sodium Optional
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 c. Basil minced
- 3 lrg Chiles of your choice slice
- Â Â diagonal into thin ovals or possibly 9 thin strips cut
- Â Â red pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Heat a wok or possibly large, deep skillet over high heat. Add in oil and swirl to coat surface.
- 2. Add in garlic and chopped chile; toss till garlic begins to turn golden brown, about 15 seconds.
- 3. Add in the asparagus; stir-fry till coated with oil, about 15 seconds.
- 4. Add in soy sauces and 1 Tbsp. water; stir-fry till basil wilts. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
