Ingredientes
- 1 c. Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- Oil to grease the waffle iron
Direcciones
- Sift flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. In another bowl beat Large eggs, sugar and butter till smooth. Pour lowfat milk into the egg mix and stir. Slowly pour flour mix into egg mix and beat. Grease waffle iron. When the iron is heated, pour in Thai waffle mix. Bake till cooked. Enjoy!
