Receta Thanksgiving Cranberry Chutney

Ingredientes
- 1 pound cranberries
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 apple, minced
Direcciones
- Cook cranberries, raisins, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, clove and water over medium heat for 15 min. Then add in remaining ingredients and cook 15 min more before adding 1/2 c. minced walnuts. Jar and chill.
