Receta Thanksgiving Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Pineapple tidbits
- 2 pkt (3-ounce) cherry gelatin
- 2 c. Warm water
- 1 c. Cool water
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 dsh Salt
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. Coarsely grnd fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c. Finely grnd orange with peel
- 1 c. Orange sections, halved
- 3/4 c. Diced celery
- 1/3 c. Minced walnuts
Direcciones
- 1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 c. juice.
- 2. Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Stir in cool water, reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt. Refrigeratetill partially set.
- 3. Meanwhile, stir sugar into grnd cranberries and orange.
- 4. Stir grnd fruit mix, pineapple, orange sections, celery and walnuts into partially set gelatin.
- 5. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill set.
- Variations: Add in 1 c. red grapes to the partially set gelatin. or possibly Substitute strawberry gelatin for cherry. Omit celery and use only 1/4 c. sugar.
