Direcciones

  1. Heat a large sauce pan and place the ground beef in it to sauté. When the meat is done drain any excess fat and set the meat aside.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and place the sliced onion, jalapeño, and garlic and sauté until the onion is slightly golden.
  3. In a food processor combine the tomatoes and Italian parsley and give a few good chops. Add this to the onion, garlic and jalapeño.
  4. In a small bowl combine the ketchup, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and vinegar and mix. Add this to the pan.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef and all of the spices to taste.
  6. Let this simmer on low for about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Heat the bread of your choice and top with the meat sauce. Top this with your favorite cheese if you like.
