Receta Thick Dense Cocoa Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 7 lrg Large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. nuts, optional
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift cocoa, flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Heat butter and stir in sugar. Beat Large eggs lightly and stir into creamed mix in 3-4 additions. When well blended, add in vanilla. Add in to dry ingredients and beat till well blended. Stir in nuts by hand.
- Bake 40-45 min in a 9x13-inch pan lined with buttered foil. (I use a cake pan sprayed with Pam.) Toothpick will come out almost clean. Cold.
- Cut into 24 pcs. Freezes well.
- Serves 24.
