Receta Three Cheese Baked Macaroni

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pkt (500g) macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- Â Â Healthy pinch pepper
- 1Â 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Buttered bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to package direction. In saucepan saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper: cook 1 minute.
- Blendin lowfat milk; cook stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in cheddar, cottage and parmesan cheeses; stir till melted. Combine macaroni and sauce mix; mix well. Por into 8 c. (2L) baking dish. Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350F aboyt 30 min.
