Receta Three Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 ounce. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 med. red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 8 flour tortillas
Direcciones
- Combine 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, 1 c. cheddar cheese, cream cheese, 1/4 c. salsa, pepper, onion and cumin; mix well. Spoon on tortillas, roll and place seam down in a 13"x9" baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake till bubbly and warm.
