Ingredientes
- Â Â Tiger Nuts (available from health food shops)
- 500 ml Warm Water
- 1/2 x Lemon
- Â Â Sugar to taste

- Soak the nuts overnight. Rinse them well and put them through a blender with the warm water till the mix is warm and milky. Press the moisture from the nuts in a double muslim or possibly through a very fine sieve. Sweeten and add in the zest of half a lemon. Cover and refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
