Receta Tofu Gratin
Ingredientes
- Tofu Gratin (serves six to eight)
- 2 Silken tofu cakes, drained and chilled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 cups Soya milk ( I used 1 1/2 cups, unsweetened soya milk to get a creamier sauce)
- 1 tbsp White miso paste (or add to taste)
- 1 tsp Sugar (Used 1/2 tsp sugar)
- 1 tbsp Sake wine
- Bonito flakes and shredded nori seaweed for garnishing
