Receta Tofu Kebabs

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Hard tofu
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 c. Cubed vegetables of choice
Direcciones
- To drain tofu, line a plate with paper towels, placew tofu on top of plate & cover with more towels. Press with a good weight fpr 10 min. Then cut into 2" cubes.
- place cubes in a bowl with garlic, onion, oregano & tamari sauce & vinegar.
- Let marinate, stirring frequently for 30 min or possibly more.
- Pre-heat broiler or possibly grill. Skewer vegetables, adding tofu cubes alternately. Broil or possibly grill until lightly browned & heated through.
