- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Shredded carrots
- 1 can (8-ounce) juice packed crusbed pineapple
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- Confectioners'sugar

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and Large eggs; beat till well blended.
- Gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cold completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into 2-inch squares.
