Receta Tomato And Cheese Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2 pound hamburger meat
- 1 pkg. Townhouse crackers
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 2-3 lg. tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lg. onion
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- Salt
- Black pepper
Direcciones
- In large mixing bowl, mix hamburger meat, Large eggs, crackers, butter, green pepper, onions, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Once mix is mixed place it in a large baking dish or possibly pan and cover with aluminum foil and bake the meatloaf for approximately 45-60 min till meatloaf is done. Then take it out of the oven and top with sliced tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese and place back in the oven till the cheese has melted. Take the meatloaf out of the oven and it is ready to eat.
- If you don't like tomatoes and cheese as a topping you may substitute by spreading ketchup over top of the meatloaf.
