Receta Tomato And Pepper Relish
Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
Direcciones
- Put the tomatoes, celery, green pepper and onion into a bowl; drain slightly. Combine vinegar, salt, mustard and veg. oil in a small bowl. Pour over tomato mix; toss to mix well. Spoon the relish into a pint size screw top jar; cover tightly. Store jar in refrigerator 2 or possibly 3 days before using. Makes 1 pint. Good with Barbecue!
