  • 1 pound cubed steaks
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/3 c. bottled steak sauce
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 5 slices bread, toasted and buttered
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Fry steaks in warm oil for 2 min, each side. Set aside. Reduce heat to medium; cook 1/2 c. water, onion, steak sauce, brown sugar, mustard and salt till onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Return steaks to skillet and coat with onion mix. Serve on toast, topped with egg slices.
